I have everything in my crockpot – onions, garlic, beef, celery, potato, and carrots.

Next, I add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. I mix it all and pour it over the vegetables and beef.

I will cook it in my crockpot on low for eight hours.

After seven and a half hours, the stew is cooked but not thick. I mix a quarter cup of flour with a cup of water and add it to the stew to thicken the sauce.

Then, I add one cup of corn and one cup of frozen peas.

Finally, I cover it and let it cook for the remaining half hour.

The stew is now thick, and the vegetables are tender. It’s a delicious and hearty meal.
